Zoccer Casino Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zoccer website (zoccer.ca), mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms were last updated in January 2025.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the legal gambling age in your province of residence to use Zoccer (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec; 19+ in Ontario, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan). You must be physically located in a Canadian province where our services are legally available. Only one account per person is permitted. Zoccer reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any time and to close accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and keep it updated. You must not share your account with any other person or allow others to access the Platform using your credentials. Zoccer is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Terms

All monetary transactions on the Platform are conducted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are C$20 for most payment methods. Zoccer reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are outlined on our Payments page. Zoccer does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals in CAD, though third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account closure. Zoccer reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of each sport, game, or market. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except where cash-out functionality is available. In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds or results, Zoccer reserves the right to void affected bets. 6. Responsible Gambling

Zoccer is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and agree to play responsibly. 7. Limitation of Liability

Zoccer provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoccer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the balance of your account at the time of any claim. These limitations do not affect any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
